                          Do any of your products contain Vitamin C? I hear it's very beneficial for your skin.

                          Yes! Several of our products contain Vitamin C. All of our 3 *Love My Mystical* Mists contain Vitamin C. You can mist them on in the am or pm under your serum or moisturizer and even throughout the day to further refresh and nourish. Also, our *Always Peaceful* Anti-Aging Day cream contains Vitamin C. Vit C evens out skin tone, shielding skin from the visible impacts of pollution, significantly improves hydration, brightens, and fights free radical damage and improves collagen production.                           I see you have a lot of Vegan products, What exactly is a vegan product?

                          A product is defined as vegan if it is not produced from an animal or an animal byproduct which means no ingredients of animal origin. Common animal ingredients used in skincare and cosmetics include beeswax, honey, collagen, keratin, lanolin (which is the oil from sheep’s wool), carmine (a red colour from crushed cochineal insects), and uric acid from cows. You'll find that vegan formulations have more plant-derived ingredients.


                          What is a gluten-free formulation?

                          Gluten-free skin care and cosmetics means that the products don't contain any gluten, or gluten byproducts. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye and other grains. Sometimes the oil or extracts derived from these grains are used in skin care and cosmetics as emollients.  An emollient is a preparation made to soothe, soften, and hydrate the skin. There are many plant and vegetable derived oils and butters that can be used as a natural emollient substitute for a grain byproduct.


                          Do any of your products contain SPF? And if so, which ones?

                          No, our skin care does not contain SPF, however our BB creams help protect your skin from the sun by filtering out UVA and UVB rays, plus they blend easily into your skin without clogging your pores.

                          Follow Your Bliss Co is an e-commerce store, but it's physically located in Vancouver, BC Canada.

                          What currency are your prices displayed in?

                          For your convenience, we have a currency converter that picks up the location of your IP address and then displays the currency of your own country. If you happen to be traveling, we've conveniently placed our currency converter at the top right so you can manually convert to your chosen currency.

                          We process all orders in USD. Upon check-out the currency will automatically convert to USD, and be processed in USD at the most current exchange rate available.


                          How long will it take to receive my order?

                          We don't make our custom products in large batches. As a general guideline, it takes 3-4 days to formulate and package any one product item, plus 1 extra day for each additional product. Some of our custom products are made to order, so please allow up to 10 days for us to complete their production before shipping.

                          Once shipped it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2-3 weeks, depending on where in the world we're shipping to. For more information on shipping, please visit 'Shipping & Taxes'.


                          What payment methods do you accept?

                          We accept all major credit cards: (VISA, MasterCard, AM-EX) plus Shop Pay and GPay. 


                          Do I get a receipt for my order?

                          Yes, you will be sent a receipt for your order by email immediately after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.


                          How do i know if my order has been shipped?

                          Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


                          Is my order lost? I haven't received it yet.

                          If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

                          Can I return an item?

                          We're confident you'll love your Follow Your Bliss skin care and cosmetics! When you receive your products, if anything is defective or incomplete, please contact us immediately and we’ll replace that product for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We’ll provide replacements on damages that happened during formulation, and/ or shipping, but not for products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.                           Will shipping be covered for my returns?

                          All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.


                          What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/ or damaged?

                          Please contact us immediately after receiving a defective or incorrect product.  Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related documentation upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
